GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • You, the commissioner, are expected to respond within 1 week about commission inquiries.

    Failure to do such will result in other commissions being prioritized.

  • Any personal information shared with me will be treated with utmost confidentiality, and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

    The same information shared by me should be treated the same as mentioned above.

  • You must credit my work by linking any of my socials on their respective handles:

  • The time for your commission to be completed can be up to a month or more, depending on many factors such as but not limited to; health, order of commission, complexity of the commission, in real life committments, and family matters/issues.

USAGE

  • Prices indicated are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. However, you can make prints for personal use.

    Services where the output is expected to be commercialized on the other hand, have prices that include the licensing fee.

  • By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales, or self-promotion.

  • Using my work/s as AI learning material/s is strictly prohibited.

THE GENERAL COMMISSION PROCESS

If you like to commission me, below is the usual process of the commission:

  1. Contact me on any of the following platforms, and provide all the necessary details about the commission, or for inquiries. (such as, but not limited to the service, purpose, important dates *, special arrangements etc.)

    * Kindly refer to the DELIVERY TIME EXTENSION section.

  2. After the above has been clarified, along with the terms and any other special arrangements, I will start working on your commission.

  3. During the course of the commission, progress shots will be given either upon requests, or voluntarily.

  4. Minor changes are free of charge, as long as the commission has not been deemed final by both parties. Revisions that require a deadline extension or was initially out of the project scope will be charged accordingly.

    If both parties deem and agree that the output presented in the last sent progress shot is final, it signifies the completion of the commission.

  5. After completing the commission, I'll send you the final progress shot for proof, and the final delivery will be made upon full payment.

DELIVERY TIME EXTENSION

  • If the commissioner requests an extension of the delivery time due to reasons such as decision-making, an additional fee of $10/day will apply.

  • In the event of a significant change in the direction of the commission requiring a complete restart or alterations to the project scope, an additional ~50% of the initial project cost, and any applicable charges resulting from scope changes will apply.

  • In any case that I would request a time extension for any reason, there will be no additional charges.

Payments and Refunds

  • Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in United States Dollars (USD/$)

  • All payments are made through PayPal Invoice only.

  • You are expected to provide your PayPal email, and pay at least 50% upfront * AFTER I send you an invoice to ensure a smooth transaction.
    * Subject to change during the discussion stated in  [ 1 ]  of THE GENERAL COMMISSION PROCESS between the commissioner and I. Any arrangements made for payments during such supersedes the above expectation.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
